How long have you been in business?
We have ben in business serving our community and doing computer repairs since 1988. Over 25 years now.
What is your primary product or service?
We service and repair all type of desktop PC's, Servers as well as all brands of Laptops. We maintain a full inventory of repair components to help expedite repairs. We are customer orientated and understand the importance of you have a well functioning computer.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner is a supervisory computer systems analyst and network engineer. He spent 27 years with the government in charge of IT operations and setting up many of our government installations networks, service centers and help desks.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We put the customer first and we pride ourselves in maintaining the customers data. We do system diagnostics and contact the customer so they will know the full cost to repair their system. No work is done until we have and approval.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have the one location and do not plan to expand. We did over 4,000 repairs last year and plan to maintain our customer satisfaction by providing them with the service we have in the past. We plan on continued improvement and technology advancements.

We are located in the Churchland area of Chesapeake on Route 17 which is Western Branch Blvd. We are also 5 stop lights off of I-664 exit 9B towards Portsmouth.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major Credit cards and we process Electronic Checks and accept cash.
Which areas do you service?
Hampton Roads Area up to and including Franklin, VA
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Daily operations are run by Tracey Caddy, President of MCS. The company is owned and overseen by the owner Roy McCollum
What are your hours of operation?
M-F 9am-5Pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, closed Sundays and most holidays
